Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (José Luis Chasi Puco, Encanto Latino Shop-Kiosk, Maxstraße 16, 53111 Bonn, email: [email protected], phone: +49 15561 374300) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not compulsory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Under § 312g para. 2 BGB there is no right of withdrawal for:

• Goods that spoil quickly (§ 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB): goods that can perish quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded, in particular fresh, chilled and frozen food and items with a short best-before date.
• Sealed goods (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB) that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days expire. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
